The smocked elastic is very gentle on my baby’s head, and I love that it’s tagless so no irritation. Only gave it 4 stars because the bow tie is a bit bulkier than I expected for such a small head.

The organic cotton feels soft, but the bow is a bit floppy and doesn't hold its shape well after a few wears. It's fine for everyday use, just not as polished as I'd hoped.
